Analyze & Improve Performance

Performance Analysis Overview

Performance analysis helps you understand how your website performs in real user-like conditions. Each analysis evaluates loading behavior, Core Web Vitals, and overall performance scores.

Running a Performance Analysis

1. From the top-left website selector, choose the website you want to analyze.
2. From the app sidebar, navigate to Performance Analysis.
3. Click Run Performance Analysis.
4. Wait approximately 20–60 seconds for the scan to complete.
5. Once completed, the results will appear in the Performance Reports tab.

Understanding the Results

Each performance report provides a breakdown of key metrics such as overall performance score, Core Web Vitals, and resource loading behavior.

Below the main metrics, you’ll find automatically generated insights grouped into two categories:

• Opportunities: Actionable recommendations that can directly improve performance, such as reducing unused JavaScript or optimizing images.
• Diagnostics: Additional technical details that help identify inefficiencies and potential problem areas within your application.

Automated Performance Scans

In addition to manual runs, performance analyses can be executed automatically on a recurring basis.

Automated scans ensure you always have up-to-date performance data and can quickly detect regressions after deployments or configuration changes.

Implementing Improvements

Expand any Opportunity or Diagnostic item to view detailed technical explanations and affected resource URLs.

Share these insights with your development team to implement fixes. After making changes, run a new performance analysis to validate the improvements and track score changes over time.
